I bought product from them and was overcharged for the product. I called Gabby and she confirmed that I was overcharged. The total overcharge was 22.40 and I was told to deal with Colin the following day. Colin told me that I would get a 22.00 credit on my account. No money back. I really did not want to come back to a company who defrauded me like this. I was told that no cash would be given back because they don't do that. Colin apologized but refused to give a cash refund for the store incorrectly charging me too much. I asked for management contact information. Colin refused to provide me with this information but stated that he would call me back. Colin called me back about an hour and a half later and told me that my product was not discounted and that I was not out any money. I immediately went online and confirmed the situation and was again offered the 22.00 credit. After more arguing about the taxes which Colin initially stated that he would not refund, he did. This situation took alot of time out of my day only not to get the money back that they should not have taken in the first place. I'll leave it up to you if you want to shop here. Don't pay until you confirm what you should owe or you will be screwed.
