I was calling around for prices for a set of four tires for my Acura I eventually got Discount Tires on the phone. A Paul answered the phone and worked with me for some time finding me the right set of tires. He was absolutely amazing. By the end of the call I felt like I got the friends and family rate as we became friends the phone. He was sharp and bright and controlled the conversation I was so impressed. Good Job
