Great staff, fast friendly delivery and very patient and helpful on the phone. Website was extremely difficult to work with. NOT user friendly. But Tony is a pro. He was also very polite and pleasant to interact with. I definitely appreciate his kindness and professionalism. Morgan was also quite helpful and a knowledgeable troubleshooter. And Isaac was also very friendly on the phone. They definitely made all the difference in my 1st experience with MedMen delivery. Will absolutely use your service again and hope this review demonstrates my appreciation for MedMen of KEARNY MESA. Hopefully the other SD locations can take a page from YOUR book and learn from it. Talked to three different people was never able to confirm my order, very frustrating. Lack of customer service and website needs updating. Will never order from here again. After three hours I decided I'm just giving up. Thanks.

It's like the apple store of weed. Cool vibe and a nice staff that's super eager to help you. You won't be standing around with your hands in your pockets, someone will take care of you and make sure you leave with what you're looking for. Carlos, the guy who took care of me, was excellent.

My man Humberto is the best bud tender on God! His product knowledge is at a high level. He created an awesome first experience for me at MedMen! When you go there ask for HUMBERTO!
