Clean establishment. Great staff, they're friendly and knowledgeable of all products. Prices aren't bad. Would visit again.

Great club & variety, HOWEVER, the TAXES are way too much! In addition, sales and promotions are little to nothing. Not sure if new management took over after the legalization of cannabis, but it has gotten noticeably worse since then. Customers use to get freebies for a like on Facebook, or Instagram, or simply wearing Purple Lotus gear. Did they forget that the WORLD is in a pandemic? NEWS FLASH: A sale/promotion after spending $100-150, is not helping the community. Keep in mind, without the community patronizing your establishment, you have no establishment.

This is the best customer service Ive ever gotten at a cannabis club bud tender by the name of Cali and manager Ernie were so awesome on taking my order . I had placed an order for pick up but they had ran out so they gave me something better and cheaper I couldnt be happier they totally care about the experience you have with them and Ive been a customer for 8 years and the customer service altbeen there but today it was exceptional so happy thanks CALI AND ERNIE

Tenay didn't want to help me figure out which product to use so I asked for a manager. Anthony took my call and wouldn't even let me finish saying what I had to say before he was talking over me giving me excuses and told me I had to come in to talk to a budtendar to know what product I should buy. Even after I explained to both of them that I wanted to have it delivered and didn't know what to buy. He kept interrupting me when I was talking and kept talking over me. then said he was putting me on hold and hung up on me wow I guess I'm going to take my business somewhere else Where they could take 2 seconds to help me decide which product I need to buy

It's in a sketchy area. The homeless encampment next door has spilled into the street. The staff has been visibly high most of the times I've been there. They've messed up my pre orders multiple times.
