I purchased a puff coat peak the other day and immediately when I got home to open it it was defected right out of the box when I try to return it they said there was nothing that they can do they werent a authorized retailer and they basically kicked me out the store dont go there bad customer service and very very poor work ethic and rude customer service if youre buying a product from here be sure to test it before you walk out the store because you will not get an exchange or refund or your money back.
