We used to spend consistent money a month here. Selection is good and they used to value loyal customers. But their customer service went off a cliff and well now never go back. A simple vape battery we bought 5 weeks ago broke , and we asked for a replacement. We were buying another $300 worth of product at the same time. Instead of helping their customers with a clearly defective battery, we were read the 30day return policy and to buy a new one. I asked the manager if they are ok with refusing to help us means they lose todays sale and us as customers forever. They didnt care and told me thats fine. I dont do business with places that dont care to value their customers with small exceptions to facilitate good service and experience. Was so rude. well take our consistent business elsewhere.

This dispensary has a great selection. They have a charge round up which was super sketchy. I trust myself to defend and survive.
