I go here every week and most of the staff is really helpful. However since COVID-19 they have been less helpful and more focused on pushing people along. I go for in store pick up and they say delivery is faster is you dont know what you want. Ok so I order delivery, they give no time frame at all but Im trying to be patient , 2 hours in I call, she says Ill be the first one on route once the driver leaves ( I live 4 mins away) I wait another hour and call she says now Im the second on the route and it could be another 40 mins. I ask why and say its frustrating because there is no time frame given. They werent able to accommodate me at all and just said its the process . I am kind and understanding but its frustrating when your a loyal customer and your kindness is being taken advantage of.

The product there is great! With the pandemic in action, there needs to be a just pick up window instead of having to wait behind people who have no clue what they want, having the rest of us who already know what they want wasting our time waiting.
