Bad Quality. Old and low grade products. Top shelf here is worse than bottom shelf anywhere else. Staff have no knowledge and there is no Security most of the time. No Recommendations Here!

What a big disappointment! Reception person has zero personality. Once inside after chasing after the person leading me in, how rude didn't even hold the door. Why do you have to go into 2 places to get inside? The person supposed to be helping me had a very odd accent and her attitude was horrible. It was my first time and it was as if I was bothering her and asking too many questions. She kept trying to sell me what I didn't want. I knew what I wanted as my friend let me sample it on my knee. She said I would get a senior discount but it wasn't on the receipt. Very disappointing after getting such a good recommendation from my friend. I told her of the experience and she agreed that service had changed since some change in workers. They lost 2 customers that day. No compassion or understanding

Best experience ever! I had purchased an 8th of cannabays GrapePie#4 and it turned out to have mold on it so I took it back to herbal Cruz the next day and the manager was so nice he replaced it for me! So BEWARE GrapePie#4 may have mold!
