I had called prior to going and when I got there they remembered me and took the time to help me locate the item instead of just pointing in the direction of the isle. Good store layout to find what you need

This store has everything for your vitamin and supplement needs. The service is great and they're very knowledgeable about their stock.

It wasn't so pleasant of an experience for me today. The manager was very condescending and was very defensive from the jump I think the both of them are new because I've never seen either of them before. The young woman who was there working was rude and not very customer service friendly. She said some things that rubbed me the wrong way and it was very offensive which really makes me sad because I've been coming to this store for years now and never had a problem before. It may be my last visit after this last experience very distasteful in my opinion. They obviously don't care about repeat business.
