Lovely staff. I ordered a battery online they didn't have in stock, so they gave me the next higher one for the same price. Much appreciated, my old 510 is giving up on me!

Poor customer service today. Have to wait in a line but if you need cash make sure you have it before you go to the counter because the old white lady will not help you and help others that are after you. Don't have a atm if you are just going to skip over people in line.

My wife (Stephanie) and I had a bad experience a few days ago which was resolved completely this afternoon!! I spoke with Mike, the owner of RR in Aurora and he is an absolute CLASS ACT! He really cares about his customers and their experience at his stores. Additionally, Mike went out of his way to contact us multiple times (not in an overly aggressive manner.... like those calls that always reach out about extending your cars' warranty) to discuss the problem and a solution to make sure the experience we had a few days ago will not happen again and to keep us as loyal customers! LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

Very kind and knowledgeable staff. They have a good selection for people on a budget as well as the connoisseur. Sometimes the ATM is broken so make sure to bring cash!
