Adie is a STAR! Every time I walk in, she greets me with such a peaceful vibe and makes sure I'm well taken care of. The staff does all they can to help me in the best way possible. Also, shout out to Oscar too

This place constantly frustrates me. The last 4 times Ive come in and have placed an order through Weedmaps, the order is never ready, even if I show up an hour after I placed it. When I pick it up, theyre out of half of it, even though the website, that has to be updated, says that theres stock and thats after waiting 10+ minutes for the one and only available budtender to ring me up. While they do have a better stock than Folsom on certain things, the overall sluggish pace and just lack of ownership make me avoid coming to this location for any reason other than time or location constraint. I live within walking distance and I would rather take 3 busses and/or an Uber to go to the Folsom one, even if they dont have my specific item in stock.

I had to file a formal complaint against this station and staff with regards to discrimination and would never recommend anyone to visit this location. I love terrapin, i shop multiple times a week, all their locations are solid, except this one (I blame the staff). My problem? An ID with a minor chip on the top right that doesnt have any legible information damaged on it. Ive used this ID consistently across all stations and have never had a problem. When calling another station they told me its 'manager discretion', so does that mean instead of having one rule across the board for all stations that all stations follow, you can sit there and discriminate people on your high horse? The staff is extremely rude here, and honestly save yourself the trouble and go to a different terrapin location (not that it matters since its all one company) but im making this at least to call out the staff and really hope they receive a talk and get on the same page as the other stations, thanks.

Long time customer. Just had a terrible experience at the Manhattan store. One choice of flower. That choice wasn't on the web site, which is no big deal...until I was berated by some 21y old transplant, that I should've checked the web site before bothering them by showing up and waiting 20mins to find they have nothing. This is what happens when customer's no longer matter.

Would give 5 stars for the rec side, and would only give 3 stars for The Medical side... Customer service is usually great. Manager Stephanie always makes sure customers leave happy, and has shown awesome customer service care.
