After shopping with you for three years and everyone making me feel welcome Tuesday Aug 13 first thing in the morning you had a young female on the counter with a bad attitude and that will ruin your reviews quicker than anything. I was third customer in store where you had a sign on floor to stop at a post. The gentleman in front of me was standing in front of sign where I couldn't see it and young lady that wouldn't give me her name was hateful and belligerent to both of us. He couldn't read it because at his feet. The young woman does clearly not respect her elder's as well. I told her to be nice three times while she was being hateful then she told me to leave. I went down the street to competitor and was greeted with opened arms. You won't have to worry about me, I would never step foot in your store ever again.

I started going to medicine man about 3 years ago after researching CBD on line. Never knew about THAT SIDE of the product. I suffer from arthritis in a major way, over 25 years & was looking for answers. The bud tender was very knowledgeable about what I was asking & she was helpful with what i was looking for. I felt at ease & not pressured into anything. Took the topical home & tried it for the first time that evening. I am happy to say that the product basically saved my life. No longer walk with a cane & have tried other products to help with pain & other issues. Last year I tried 2 other stores & was meant to feel awful so I left both places without purchases. Yeah I've had less then excellent help one other time here but I knew what I wanted & the prices are the best. I'm returning this weekend to resupply. Never going any where else. You ALL have great customer service & I've always been helped with my questions. Good owners hire good people. Love this place & have my business for a long time in the future. Thanks,, you guys really helped me deal with my disease.
