Been coming here for years they have changed employees and their customer service has gone down a great deal the black girl working there has a very bad attitude needs some customer service training for sure guess I'll go to buddy boy from now on.

Greenfields is a fantastic company with some really great people working that the Mississippi location. There can be a bit of a wait, but that's because the employee's take their time to handle each customer's needs. Always appreciate their work and they definitely have my business.

I placed a order literally 5 minutes after they opened. Went a couple hours later to pick up my order, and half of it was incorrect and they no longer had what i needed

Inconsistent pricing 10min apart. Went in for a $100 oz that was being advertised because of their 7g restrictions on each strain and was told that would not be the price. My friend who was after me in line - able to get the mix and match oz for $100. Happened in real time, so make sure to double ask.

I come to Greenfields every week, yesterday I grabbed a 1/2 ordering online. I chose the product due to it being 25% testing online, I get home open my bag and it states 16% !!! I would have never bought this as I dont smoke under 20%. I am done with shopping at Greenfields hopefully not forever but definately for awhile as this was false advertisement. Not to mention they state in the Westword they sell $70 ounces, but be aware its shake ounces..which is not specified either, I once ordered online once again their $70 oz special to get home to fiind its a shake. False advertisement.
