Honestly its super annoying why do you guys even have a order online for a specific Pick up time if when you show up you still have to wait to pick up your online order for 20 min past the time your requests that you order hours before to not wait in line.Seriously? Whats the point. Get it together

Their phone texting system for wait times is a bad idea. When you see 4 people in the store and they quote you a 20 minute wait time, it makes you think they aren't working with any urgency and are mismanaged. Get rid of the phone system and hustle your customers through the line of you care about service.
