Ended up being charged an extra $7.XX because the budtender insisted I pay with debit despite having cash and telling them so. Never mentioned my total would increase because they first rounded up my total to the nearest increment of 10, then added a $2.50 processing fee, and then because their debit reader is actually just an ATM your bank will most likely charge you a non-bank ATM transaction fee. Total was 47 and change. Ended up paying 55. Won't be going back.

Ive been visiting the medical side for years. I dont need to go anywhere else because Sarah, Andrea, and the rest of the staff make me feel welcome and always take care of me. The product is great but the service is what really stands out to me. I appreciate that I consistently see the same faces here. Management must be doing something right.

Worst service Ive ever received from a Fort Collins shop. I Have my med card and they waited until I was basically done checking out before telling me that You MUST have a hard copy of your med card(copy on your phone doesnt work) and if you dont then they require you sending it to them in the form of an email which is a joke because theres zero phone service in their shop. Complete waste of my time, will never go back
