The manager (tall, thin, blond, glasses) is very knowledgeable and patient. He helped me find a juice with a flavor profile that I've been searching for for quite some time. He listens! I will be back for more.

I'm a regular shopper here and this place is great! The prices are the best I've found the staff is really friendly. Jake in particular! He is usually there when I go in and greets me by name. But the whole staff is awesome too. I bought a $30 mystery bag recently and inside was a $90 set up! That was a really cool purchase! Thanks Red Star for being my friendly neighborhood vape store!

Best vape shop I've ever been to. Jade, Jake and Jackie are all extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They always make sure you get a product you are happy with. Very friendly atmosphere. They also give really great juice flavor suggestions if you tell them what kind of flavors you generally gravitate towards.
