I used to enjoy going to this dispensary quite frequently, but the customer service has diminished greatly. There is a short blonde grumpy monotone sad and slightly round man that works there who really brings me down. So much so, I no longer shop at the dispensary anymore. If I wanted to deal with some snotty kid when I bought my weed, I would rather find some high schooler to pay 20 a g.

This is the place to go if you want quality.Plus their customer service is the best in Gunnison, I know everyone on a first name basis and that makes me very comfortable as a customer. YOU GUYS RULE Donny ( the Dude)

This was the second dispensary we went to in Gunnison. The first one was fine...helpful, knowledgeable, professional, etc. But the folks here at Roots Rx blew that first place outta the water! They were extraordinarily personable and went above and beyond to help us in our purchase choices. Stefan ESPECIALLY was amazing...after mistakingly leaving our credit card there, he talked with us after the close of business to get details. Bright and early the next morning we got a text from him that the card had been mailed. He even took the extra time to make sure the card was securely wrapped in the envelope. Just dont find that level of customer service very often! We will absolutely be going back to this place and this place only, next time we are out that way.
