The Kind Castle

I have been here many times without issues, but the last time was the worse, I made my order online an specifically said what I would like, when I arrived they did not show me the product as it was already in a black bag, and Colorado state law says I cannot open it until home, so after a 45 minute trip back home I open it to realize that they had put some other strain of flower in my bag? I call expecting to get fully taken care of especially since I am a longtime customer, but I did not, first the lady was rude on the phone and said ALL SALES FINAL! That's fine if I actually got what was on my receipt, so she transferred me to some other guy and he wanted a picture of the receipt and product which I did, and all he comes back with is, it was our fault, but all I can offer you is one pre-roll? Really $70 dollars gets taken and all I get is a pre-roll? I immediately said I want to talk to the head manager or owner, they said they would get back with me, two days later I still am waiting on a call back, I own a business If I messed up like this I would have credited my customer the amount back and done anything to satisfy them, but not KIND CASTLE, so buyer beware I would ask to see everything weighted and the proper strain before leaving the premise! I cannot believe this is how they treat longtime customers :-(

You have to call or text, in your order and pick it up at the window. I like to see what I'm buying. But these guys are great! I got some of the nicest looking buds I've seen in a long time! And the taste was awesome!! Thanks for being so honest kind castle!!

Tryed to go here there lobby was shut down and couldnt go inside they said we had to do it online. Who wants to order there weed online? Anyway didn't like it.
