They just sold me 2 vape cartridges, one of which didn't work. They refused to exchange it and I have NEVER had that problem at a dispensary before. Cartridges can be faulty. They just made me eat the cost. I will never go here again. You would think with how dead the town is right now with no tourists, they would at least want to take care of their local regulars. Guess not. Definitely just lost my business.In response to their response: NOPE. They wouldn't even EXCHANGE the one that didn't work. Definitely no returns. Didn't even ask for that.Conclusion: the owner is awesome. He got in touch with me in an extremely timely manner and resolved the issue. I feel like one employee needs more training but I have amended my star review based on their quick and efficient response in fixing the problem.
