I went to this shop looking for help with my concern for immune support. The owner was so helpful and took her time showing me all the products. I have food sensitivities so I have to be careful of ingredients. The supplements they carry are food based. She even offered to special order anything I might need. Great place!

I went in looking for a Bobs Red Mill product that was soy based. The clerk immediately got a rude haughty attitude saying they didnt carry ANYTHING with soy. I tried to say okay thanks anyway and leave but she continued to argue with me that soy is terrible for you and it has phytoestrogens and its GMO and whatever. I tried to disengage and said agree to disagree but she just kept going. Ive done my research on soy and am of the belief that its perfectly healthy. My complaint with the shop isnt that they didnt carry what I was looking forthats fine, sell what you want in your own storebut that the woman kept trying to argue with me with her outdated opinions when I was just trying to leave. I wont be returning, even though theres no other health store in town.

I have been going to act natural for smoothies and other drinks and they are so good. They have a variety of products in the store and have a great selection of lemonades and other drinks to cool you down for the summer heat! Love this place!
