I love the sales ppl, they are friendly and take the time to answer my questions. I wish they were cheaper since many of their products are online for cheaper prices.

Staff failed to install clip on Left Coast water pipe - said it was optional. without the clip the tube can jam down in the socket - cracking it and wasting the entire thing. Total loss.
