Love this shop! I have been coming here for about 6 months and rarely do I go anywhere else. The most knowledgeable and friendly staff. Customer service is top notch. I just got my Novo 2 there and couldn't be happier. Thank you city of vapors, now I'm no longer the guy that reeks of cigarettes.

Other businesses could learn from city of vapors. I have been to this location, at least a dozen times, and every time it has been the exact same amazing service. It is by far the best vape+shop I've been to and will continue to go to.

Spenser is the man!!! He was super patient and knowledgeable. I was pretty brand stubborn when I went in and he has totally opened my mind. Will only go back when he is working. The other guy there, I dont even know his name, but helping me with questions or having to Go back in the store during thins quarantine to show me different options seems like a chore to him. In three days I spent well Iover $600 with Spenser and I bought a pack of coils out of complete necessity from the other guy. Will only go if Spenser is working and will be passing the word about Spenser and the other guy.

Awesome store!!! They now have product & prices online!!! Called them before hand tho, to see if they had a certain nic in stock in the store before making my trip out there. They did!!! Just call before you leave the house to make sure they have it in stock, and the nic level. If not, they have other stores they can get the product for you.I called from my car in their parking lot, described my car. They except cash or credit card. This nice man walked out to my car with product plus receipt in a ziplock bag. Great curbside service!!! The owners of 'Blue Vapor Fusion' told me about this store after they shut their business down Mar. 31, 2020. Loyal customer of 'Blue Vapor Fusion', now a loyal customer of 'City of Vapes'!!! =^x^=
