Disrespectful customer service. Cashier acts annoyed when asked a simple question then has a tiny hissy fit at the register. Pathetic.

CVS in Niceville has completely changed. I used to avoid it because the Pharmacy staff had always been rude, but during the pandemic, CVS was the only place I could find the over the counter meds I wanted. They had a great selection. And the staff was very helpful. The cashier asked me to join the discount program and I love it. I now go there first for the discounts and deals. Please give CVS another chance if you haven't had a good experience there in the past!

I'm having a problem constantly with refills on my Rx. I bring my bottle to the drive thru. It has the label on it. All my info. 4 days go by and no text or email. I return to the drive thru to be asked all the info. Like you lost my RX. Maybe it's your system. You say you contacted White Wilson, My Dr, but they haven't heard back from him. Yet still no text to me. Now I'm out of meds. And you tell me I need to contact my Doctor. But only when I come in to check why after 5 days am I informed, after I have ran out. This has happened multiple times before. Sad.

I use CVS in Niceville to fill my prescriptions. They are always understaffed causing me to wait for 20+ minutes in the drive thru and inside for my prescriptions. Every time. Sometimes Im the only one in the drive thru and it still takes at least 20 minutes. The staff can be rude at times and lacks good customer service. Very frustrating.
