It used to be ok. Now it takes forever to get your script filled. When you call, your on hold forever. When you do get through, they have an attitude. They need more pharmacist on duty especially during peak hours to fill the orders. Absolutely no reason to be so far backed up. My insurance requires me to use CVS, otherwise I would go elsewhere. Don't see anything changing in the future though, they've become to big and could care less about customer service.

Waiting in the line at the pharmacy window...is it just me or is this the slowest service in the world? Not roasting just curious if anyone else had the same experience....also Ive been coming here for three years, how come every time I come here you never have insurance information on file? computers broken? Archaic filing system? Incompetence? Not roasting genuinely want an answer from cvs management

If I could give them a zero star, I would. The most rude and incompetent staff I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The pharmacy is a joke. They never have the prescriptions ready when they say they will. They will tell you it will be ready in an hour and then you come back 5 hours later and they havent even started it Forget calling them to ask them a question on the phone. I have currently been on hold for 45 minutes to ask a simple question. If it wasnt for my insurance forcing me to use this place, I would never step foot in there again.
