Ive shopped here for years, supporting the small local business. I went in today and purchase a supplement and the price tag on the bottle read $10.49. My wife gets to the counter and Mona charges us $21. After seeing the error once we were back in the car, I went back into the store and asked for the difference back, showing Mona the error. She said she couldnt do that even though she had all of the other containers marked as $10.49. I offered to buy one at the full price if she would honor her mistake, but she abruptly said that she wouldnt do that and would only refund us.What a joke. Everything they sell is a markup anyway from Amazons prices. Ill be shopping online exclusively from now on, and will continue to encourage others as well.

Mona is an expert in nutrition. I've learned a lot from her as she always takes her time to provide detail and background information on the products I purchase there. 3.5 years and Susan Rea is also a wealth of knowledge and care. This is the only nutrition and supplement store Ill go to. They are always ready to answer questions and show me products Im not familiar with and usually have samples to try.
