Really good smoke shop, best one in Dallas!Very good costumer service! I bought a battery for my kart, but my kart wasnt compatible with the battery Tony and Marie went as far as opening different new batteries until we found one that worked with my kart Thank you!

I had an issue with an item I bought immediately after the purchase so I called the store (after regular business hours) but there was no vmail setup. I thought it mayve been a lost cause, however Tony was jolly on the spot and called me as soon as they reopened the following morning. We discussed the dispute and I came in that same day which he happily was able to resolve for me.... twice! Im very happy with my overall experience. Great little store for some fun items! Thanks again.

The gentlemen at 21 Smoke and Vape are always awesome. They treat you like family, always want to help in whatever way they can. They always make sure to keep our regular purchases in stock so that its there when we need it. During the pandemic, they gave us some masks and hand sanitizer where most places of business are selling it for profit (which is perfectly fine, but thats one example of how 21 S&V stands out). Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

This store is well-stocked and the staff seem to be knowledgeable. I had an issue with an item I bought less than 24 hours after the purchase and they made it right. The prices arent as competitive as they could be but Im still happy over all with my experience.
