One of the best shops on island. I had the opportunity to stop in today and check in with Jose. It's been a bit but, like always, my brotha was attentive and awesome.Side note- it seems like they have the essentials in stock, including face masks and eliquid. I'd give six stars if Google had the option.

1 star (can't go lower) is for the Kinoole shop, ONLY.I normally shop at the Pahoa store, however, yesterday I was in Hilo & the KINOOLE store was very close to other errands. Bought a bag (last one on the shelf, of my regular tobacco. When I opened it this morning, it was so crunchy & super dry! Long story short, at the Kinoole location, ALL SALES FINAL. NO REFUNDS/exchanges. Buyer beware. They do NOT stand behind their products......Plz note, the Pahoa store is a whole different story, had I bought it there, they would happily exchange the item...
