I visited this location recently as a new resident of Idaho from Everett WA. I was very much impressed and happy with my experience. I can't remember the woman's name who helped me (Kassie?) But she was amazing. Helped me find a new tank and talked about vaping and she was super friendly and cool. I'll be back as my mod decided to die on me to purchase another one. Great prices and selection at your store. Thank you so much!

This place has gone way down the hill! They used to have really cool employees that actually cared about getting you the best product and now theyre employees are rude and act like every customer is an inconvenience! And to top it off their prices are way above retail!

This place is awful. The first time I ever went there there was a bunch of cops because someone was using heroin. So that was super appealing. And every other time I've gone in there after they overpriced everything also if you return something faulty they will take it back but you won't get your money back and they will sell it to somebody else. I've seen it happen multiple times. I've had a huge problem with Vapes leaking on me so I ask is this going to leak or is this a good one and they always say it's a good one as soon as I get home it starts leaking.

Very poor service. Unwilling to accept defaulting product that is still under manufacturing warranty refused to help. Have had the best experience with this store until today. Went back today 3-30-19 to buy a new cartridge for a zero and the same guy tried to charge me 7.50 when I know there 5 plus tax any where else, after I declined to pay the amount, he declared he would drop the price a dollar. Beware!!!

This place has the most experienced owner out of all the vapor stores I've been in. So far out of all the negative review are from people whom either trashed the product or happen to be another vape shop owner are friend and family of one. Best Ave has the best customer service and knowledge as I've witnessed the owner helping others that bought from other stores but failed to give knowledge of the product and the guy got it working fast. In my opinion just a bunch of jealous people using social media to ruin someone elses hard work and dreams. A plus for Best Ave for not responding to childish rhetoric and not giving in to people trying to rip off the place by returning stolen goods. Great job!!! Thank you!!

The only person I deal with is Sheena, she has good customer service skills and helps out as much as she can. She is newer to the vape life, so knowledge is limited, but she does what she can to help out. The other guys are just Ridiculous. They have no Respect for customer relations, and seem like they don't have any desire to be helpful. This could be a good shop if they got employee's that were awesome and knew what they were talking about. If Sheena isn't there I leave before walking in.

I came here looking for a specific flavor and they didnt have it in my preferred PG/VG ratio, so he mixed me up a bottle in the back! Friendly, older gentlemen who are straightforward in demeanor. Also Bob was very friendly!EDIT: they gave me a larger bottle at half the price because there was some confusion about the PG/VG at first.

I was hesitant to go to this shop, just because bad reviews. It was close though so I did. I received awesome service. The dude helping me shared a lot of knowledge with me. Even told me to bring my new mod I had ordered (from elsewhere) in when it gets here and he would show me the features and how to use it right.

Bought a e cig from this place and 2 days later it started auto firing. Apparently they have no sense of respect for customers after they sell them a faulty product. They refuse to let me return it and or trade it for a new model. Ill never recommend the store to anybody unless theyre fine with getting Fuhked....

Went there needing a new vapor found one i liked got it. it was great for the whole 5 mins i got it. And I've gotten 4 vapors from them each time i get a bad one they fry in just a few weeks or in the matter of minutes i had to wait 3 hours for a refund like what the hell and at first they wouldn't give me one customer comes first my ass. They just rip you off and its so frustrating because they keep hiring people that have no clue what there doing its not there fault but its every time i go there its someone new and still the same problem they have no clue what there doing or what anything is and cant answer anything. There vapors are over charged and so is there liquids. Don't go there for anything nothing! Go anywhere else but there trust me save yourself the pain.

Decided to check this shop out since i'd been to all the other ones in the CDA area and figured I'd give it a shot. I sincerely wish there was a lower rating I could give than one star.First and foremost, the shop is disgusting and disorganized.Second, there is an annoying ass parrot that sits directly across from the station in which they mix their house vapes in the shop. This is literally a shop where you touch to your mouth or inhale everything sold there and they have a bird inside of the shop just kickin' it.third, their prices were outrageous. I normally vape the Dewberry fruit from Kilo, online prices sit from $17-22 and store prices around CDA range from $25-35. They wanted $55 for the same juice. a 300% markup which is absolutely outrageous.finally, when I mentioned that I usually buy my equipment online and that I only shop in person if I don't want to wait a week or two for my equipment, the lady there told me that I shouldn't shop online since the prices are cheap because of all the counterfeit products online, then she PROCEEDED TO SELL ME KNOCK OFF COUNTERFEIT SMOK COILS AT $6 A COIL. I was absolutely livid when I got home and realized that I had been scammed. I have absolutely no desire whatsoever to go into that store ever again and cannot believe they are not out of business.Aquatiz Vapor (Vapor Outlet) on Neider and Vape-it at the sunset strip in CDA are the best places in CDA IMO to go to and I enjoy the staff working there, their expertise, and the acceptable prices expected to pay in a store vs online. Hope this helps anyone looking to vape in the area, don't make my mistake.

Overall I'm happy with the service here. Brian, especially, is always super helpful when I go in and seems very knowledgeable about what the customers want. Ask for him and you definitely won't be disappointed. I do wish they carried their 'house brand' in slightly larger bottles.

If there was an option to select 0 stars, I would've. Best Ave has the absolute worst customer service of any establishment I've ever been in. Half of the time you walk in to find whoever is working sprawled out on the couch in the corner, and they act like it's some sort of inconvenience to get up from their nap to help a customer. My most recent visit was the worst, and the reason I won't be returning. My boyfriend & I went in to buy a new tank. We weren't greeted, instead had to wait around while the lady behind the counter had meaningless & not work related conversations with a group of people, who I'm guessing were her friends, standing around the shop. Finally she got to us, while her and her friend persisted to argue over something at the same time we were asking our questions. We once again got placed on the back burner, and stood there waiting for her to simply tell us the price of a TF V12, while she continued to yell back and forth with this other lady. At this point we were about to walk out & take our business elsewhere. One of the friends of the lady working suddenly came up to my boyfriend & I at the counter & began making inappropriate & rude comments. To which the lady at the counter actually did try to put a stop to. (the only positive of this experience) She obviously wasn't there buying anything, & shouldn't have even been allowed to hang around while this lady was supposed to be working anyway. Overall, this last trip left a bad taste in our mouth, and we won't be back. Horribly high pricing, & even worse customer service. Just don't go here.

Between the bird right across from the place where they mix juice, the snake, and the dead guy who is 'dying for help' and the girl behind the counter who knows absolutely nothing about the vape world nor does she care to. (Just there to look cool and vape free maybe?) Oh and turn on a light! It's like a scene from dungeons and dragons (only it's a dungeon with a bird and snake)

Have tried to go here several times. ALL the prices run way high but I kept hoping maybe they would become a little more reasonable. With that being said stopped there today and was told the price one a SINGLE coil for my Baby Beast was 10 dollars!! I'm sorry but I will never be back and for anyone thinking of going here I strongly suggest you use a little extra gas and go into town. Or better yet just order online (which I just did and got FIVE coils for 21 bucks). Normally I like to keep my money local but I find in this situation that I sadly cannot do that. :-(

This place stressed me out. the guy makes you feel extra dumb and does not listen to what you have to say. His people and customer service skills definitely need Improvement. I ended up walking out without purchasing anything because the person who was helping me acted like I was an inconvenience for being there, and asking the questions that I did seem to annoy him because I did not have the knowledge or know-how on Vapes or anything related to period I would not recommend coming here for because their service and because of the staff demeanor.

They have great prices for juice and batteries here. It's not the fastest service and the juice doesn't seem to be as high a quality as elsewhere, but if you find a flavor you like it'd all good. I was paying $30 for 30mls where I used to go, and here I can get 100mls for $30.

Not being an experienced vaper I came in to browse and potentially pick up a mod. However I was stuck waiting for around 20 minutes before one of the workers could assist me. When they did it was the most appalling customer service I ever experienced. But hey, at least while I waited I was able to watch their pet snake devour the half eaten corpse of a rat.

Their phone number on google listings doesn't even work. Many of the young men who work their are not friendly and have a poor attitude towards their customers. Also I wish this place would hire someone back to build coils for folks.

Awful customer service. If there is more than one customer in the building they cannot keep up with it. Stood around for a while to just buy something I had already picked out. Workers tend to talk to all the people that 'hang out' there and don't even acknowledge customers that want to give them money. The owners need to rethink their business plan. Will never go back.

Overall the owners seemed very codesending and only one talked while the other one just looked at us expressionless. The majority of their products were over priced and I couldn't go two seconds without hearing their loud ass parrot squawk. They seem like they have little grasp on how to run a decent business to say the least.

Great place that will always work with you if your a couple bucks short and will always try to fix something before trying to sell you something else. Plus there is a wide variety of premium juice. The pricing is retail, they dont buy mods 10000 at a time so if your expecting internet pricing your being unrealistic. As far as prices go around town go its competitive with a very wide selection.

I've come here since they opened up, and the service in the beginning was actually quite good, that was about two years ago though. Don't know who they got running the place or anything now but every time I've came in within the last year, the service has been horrible, the employees are just stupidly rude and have like NO experience talking about over HALF the stuff they sell. I'd order online or choose a different store to go to. Needs improvement.

Direct quote from what seemed like ether the owner or manager at the time cause was directing the other employees.... 'Yeah I quit cigarettes over 7 years ago and have been vaping every since.' Left store and went and sat in line at the panda express just to see the same guy come out back with another employee and light up and start smoking there cigarettes out the back door. I for one have no trust in these people the amount of nerve to try and lie and deceive me like they did is almost a direct insult to my intelligence. there prices are double if not triple what you can purchase online. Most of the workers are so lazy and treat you like you are just a hassle to deal with. Stay away and go to another vape store that really gives two $#%# about you as a customer.

been vaping for a decade. one of the worst vape shops ive ever seen they probably shouldnt even be in business. at least not on the customer service side. get it together get some samples find some good flavs and keep them in stock. litterally 0/10 never going back

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I went in there the other day wanting 5 kanger protank 3 coils and 5 cleito 120 coils. Crack head Jim told me I could only have two of each because they are low on inventory, but then he shows me he has enough kanger coils and at least 4 cleito 120 coils, so I told him I'll take them all. He said 'no you can only have two of each so that we have enough for other customers.' What business would try to deny someones money?! He told me I have a lot to learn and hes just working here to make a buck, well guess what buddy, keeping up on inventory and selling people what they want is how your gonna make your buck so I think Best Ave still have something to learn. On top of all this crack head Jim was very rude the whole time, they lost my business and my word of mouth.P.S. Their mods are way overpriced, If your looking to buy a mod shop online or somewhere else.
