More than 2 years ago I'm one of the customer for the Verizon Russel Cellular Store in Freeport. Usually they were helpful all the time. Today (8/2019)my daughter in law was go in with some problem, and she came back to car still was not her problem solved. So I was go in in the store and the person to who we talked was arrogant, not help not at all, and says the person who sold the phone to my daughter in law suppose to explain to her what she paid on that day when she got her phone. The sales person did not explained to us and we let know for this person who was the store manager(!??). At least that's what he said.Now from a store manager I don't expect arrogance, and this type of service where he was not helping not at all but we came out from the store with disappointment. If the manager give to customer much less than the sales person than this store soon will be go down.I know I won't buy my next Phone in this store.

I went to the Verizone office in Freeport, IL to make a change to my plan.I met the manager at my appointment time and he was able to quickly make the changes to my wife and my phones with no hitches. One of the first times in almost 20 years of owning a cell phone that we were able to get what we anticipated we would have in a phone service.Our change will save us about $60 a month, another first, actually visiting a cell service provider and leaving with a plan with two phones costing less.
