Staff was rude and disrespectful.

A day after my dr sent the script to true care I called the pharmacy to see if my medicine was ready to be picked up. They told me over the phone that my medicine would be ready at noon so I went there at 1pm to pick up my script that I desperately needed at the time. The lady in the drive through was hateful and rude right away and told me it would be another two to three more hours to get this medicine ready. I explained to them I need the medicine right then because I was so sick to my stomach I couldn't stand it any longer. I had suffered from severe sickness. I had already tried several other medications prior to this script that didn't help at all. The lady at the drive through rolled her eyes and sighed rudely and told me if I dont want to wait I can drive to wichita and get my script filled at another pharmacy. So I said fine. I ended up going to wichita and within the time it took to drive from eldorado to wichita and that pharmacy had my script filled and ready for pick up! I asked that pharmacy how long it took to get the script ready; And explained to them I had been waiting on true care to get this script for 5 hours and when I went to pick it up they said it would be another 2 or 3 hours. Total of 8 hours to get this medication ready. That pharmacy couldn't believe that and told me it took them 10 mins. True care pharmacy doesn't care about their clients at all. My grandma gets all her scripts filled here which is a lot and they mess her script up every month and over charge her all the time! Months after the first incident I ended up getting a script from a nurse and the only pharmacy I could fill it was true care so I went there against my will because of the experience I had prior but i had no choice so I went. Jake told me because I called them out on their rude and hateful manner prior they banned me from the pharmacy and refused to fill my script. Oh and needless to say my grandma will no longer be using this pharmacy! Save yourself the trouble and go anywhere else but here!
