Ezy Stop-Williamstown

I love ezy stop! Not just because they have everything under the sun, but the people is the biggest reason I go there on the regular. Tony the owner is always awesome, as well as all the rest of the staff.

Convenient and overall a great business but Tony needs to get better workers in the liquor store. Crack heads that are always high and on their phones are not going to attract more business..

I don't do this very often but I feel like it needs to be dealt with when I walked in I was never greeted As I grabbed a bottle of Coke and placed it on the Counter the rude woman at the register said Did you need something In a most disgusted tone As if to say I'm better than you I just wish I didn't have to work here As she grabbed my Coke she exclaimed is that it The whole time I wasn't quite sure if she was talking to me and yet she was for a fact I just feel she should have been more respectfulFor her customers and not treat them like scum under her fingernails With it being Christmas time I didn't even get a happy holidays let alone a merry ChristmasI will be back but not anytime soon I just hope she cleans up her act and treats people a little better

Unfortunately you have to give a star and after the service I received they deserve NONE...... The girl at the liquor with the nasty grill is the rudest most unprofessional person in the world. Her pupils were dilated like no other and had very little knowledge about the wine I was in search of. She had a husband/significant or friend hanging out with her and her attention was all about him. Ill never shop at this location again at least there are other options for alcohol in Dry Ridge and its unfortunate because the other employees that work in this establishment are very pleasant to deal with. Three separate occasions Ive dealt with her in the evening time and its always some type of issue with her but, nothing compares to this last visit. I hope management really considers the lack of customer service skills this individual has. Small businesses rely on local repeated business and unfortunately word of mouth goes a long way and Ill definitely be sure to express how poorly the service was every opportunity I get!

Friendly staff and have a good selection of liquor.
