Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service. Id give it no stars if that was an option.I bought a 265$ vaporizer from here, it doesnt work correctly. All it does is get hot and taste terrible, so I took it back. Well, they wouldnt take it back. No returns. This was also literally a week later, not a month later after Id used the thing several times! I wouldve gone sooner but I left to go out of town and couldnt do it until today. The owner Megan told me its their policy to not take returns. I told her that was never explained to me and there was nothing on the receipt that said it was a final sale. -Let me pause right here. Had I been informed that I wouldnt be able to bring it back I wouldnt be here writing this. But I was not informed and it was nowhere in writing, not the receipt or the literature they gave me. Nothing about not being able to return an item.-Now, mind you Megan admitted to me that they need to change the receipts to say, All Sales Final or something similar, and make sure people know they cant return it. She then said, Well I couldnt take flower back after it was purchased! Can you believe that? There is no comparison between a medicine that you ingest and a machine, thats just absurd. Of course you cant return the medicine you consume! Pitiful attempt at an excuse analogy.Now, remember I said that she admitted they needed to make that clear to customers? Yea, then in the next breath she told me there was actually a sign by the register! That was a lie because she just admitted they need to make it clear that you cant make a return. At this point I couldnt even believe I was having this conversation and the absurdity of it all just made me angrier and angrier! I hate liars.Oh, I also told her that I was not just going to go away and let her get away with treating a patient this way. Then she told me I was threatening her. Yup, I was threatening her because I said I was going to complain to the BBB and the MMCC and write a review. Thats not a threat! That is what you do when a business is completely in the wrong but refuse to do anything about it. What planet does this woman live on? Unbelievable. Needless to say I was thoroughly offended by her accusing me of threatening her. No Megan, this isnt a threat. This is what people do when a business treats them this way. She also admitted that if she was in my shoes shed be pretty angry. But Im threatening her.I need to make a sign and walk back in forth out front. Thats what I should do. Thats how angry I am. In the spirit of full disclosure, by the end of this conversation I was so angry that I was having a very hard time controlling my temper. I was told over and over again how sorry she was, how she would make sure people knew about the policy in the future and -most importantly- how she was sorry but she couldnt help me. *So today I see this response from the owner and its another total lie! I never threatened her or her staff or told her or anyone else I was going to, make life Hell and her claiming I did that is slander. I told her I was going to complain to the BBB and the state agency that oversees her type of business. That is all. I was actually going to let it go but now that shes responded with lies and slander, Ill be sure to follow up first thing Monday morning. Shes a bad businessperson and a liar who is totally in the wrong and she knows it. Thats why shes lying again. Pitiful! Beware!
