I've been there before covid-19 and this was my first trip after. They were quick and efficient. Followed all guidelines, everyone had their masks on and wore them correctly. I felt safe being there. Would definitely recommend.

Ive been here about 4 or 5 times. I had a pretty positive experience. Employees/Security are nice and informative. The building is clean. The line always moves along super fast. Im in and out within 20 min, so I love that. My only complaints are the small selection of flower. Lower THC levels. Most are under 20%. Also, the bud is extremely dry and crunchy when purchased from the jars instead of the small package. Im not sure why but its a little disappointing considering the amount of money/time I spend per month there. However, putting those 2 things aside... its a very great place to shop and I would recommend it to anyone. Great job BR!

Staff was wonderful, great facility, placebo product. I purchased 4 1ml pens (both around 80% thc) and I do not believe there was 10% thc. I am a ny med patient and the 80% med carts I get feel 3x as strong as these. Im very sad because I was excited to be able to purchase 1ml carts. They are however far too expensive for the quality. I threw my receipt out never imagining this would happen so Im out $400+ dollars. Back to cannaprovisions, where I have never had this experience. Same quality people, far better concentrates.To the people at Berkshire roots, thank you for the prompt friendly service, esp during Covid!To the person distilling the oil, you may want to check your recipe.Update: I just called and spoke to Ashley, she was awesome. Dont think they will be doing anything for me but at least the staff is extremely friendly. She heard me out and was very professional. This all bums me out and is chalked up as one expensive mistake.

The curbside pick up is a joke. We were split into 3 lines and they stopped pulling cars from our line for over an hour. Having sat in line for 2.5 hours I called to ask why. Lady on the phone was nice but didn't get me anywhere. I then walked to the front of my line to ask why they are skipping it and was told they were going to start my line. They took one car then several cars from the other two lines. I complained again and they said they realized their mistake. When asked to rectify they walked away.but refuse The car in line next to me arrived an hour and a half after me and went ahead of me as did over 20 other cars. Still waiting. I'm changing my 1 star review to a 3 star because after complaining the last time it took about 20 more minutes to check out. The staff was very apologetic and gave us complimentary hardware for the trouble.

The door was being cleaned been people, there were plexiglass barriers, hand sanitizer, and masks. If you're a 100% disabled veteran, whether from a rating decision or TDIU, you'll want to bring your VA letter or ID with you. 100% vets get 40% off medical.

By far my favorite dispensary, hands down. It's not just one element; it's the people, the packaging, the product, their physical layout, it's all just a great experience. Even more so if you're a medical user! I can't recommend them enough to the first time medical cannabis card holder, especially during the pandemic when only medical patients can visit.

Accompanied a friend with medical here, and it's a really nice, professional operation. The staff is friendly and helpful, and there are accessories available that can be added to orders that were placed in advance online. The packaging is also excellent. I can't speak directly to the quality of the product, but that the person I was accompanying goes all the way to Massachusetts to get their medicine here speaks for itself.

The place is phenomenal. I travel in from NY, its only about an hour from Albany. Super easy process. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Excellent products as well. All you need is ID and cash and you're good to go!

I really appreciate Berkshire Roots opening up. It was far too long (and quite a lot of pain). They are a great place for your medicinal needs. I get a really great ratio of 2 to 1 CBD/THC in 'tangie' flavor. You also must try the s'mores chocolate bars. For me, it's the right thing to do and the tasty way to do it. Consume responsibly! :-)

I feel like this dispensary is a little hidden gem in Massachusetts. Some of the more popular places always have long lines and off putting staff. Berkshire Roots has a great staff and a very inviting atmosphere. The menu is limited but I always see this as a positive allowing for better quality control for patients and customers. Would recommend this place to anyone but especially beginners who may feel overwhelmed!

Didnt research Local market enough. Drove a little while after completing a pre-order. Long line and totally pointless to pre-order as it was the same line for walk-ins. Thought this was just the case due to recent reopening but Nearby Dispensary had curbside and no line at all, wish I drove by there first and skipped this place. This place also had a trashy vibe. Some folk werent respectful of keeping mask on while waiting and the people working didnt say anything. More importantly Berkshire Roots is terrible quality. Bought a quarter that I wont be using. Tasted like they use a lot of chemicals. Weird burn. Edibles also seem off.

I like this dispensary but it seems as in the last recent months the prices have shot up a lot. The price/ amount & the THC levels dont really make sense to me and I see it more as an extreme disadvantage now being a medical patient. It sucks because Ive been coming here since they first opened.

Best dispensary in the Berkshires. On a typical visit you experience a low-stress, straightforward, down to earth environment -- something I find the rest in the region to lack.Selection could be better, but it could be much worse. Prices are on par or better than others as far as MA adult use dispensaries go.Awesome staff and quite efficient without rushing you out. They're super helpful.The best part about this place is how fresh the flower is. You can't get it like this anywhere else in Massachusetts, really. Even in the prerolls - no sawdust to be found. It's wild to me compared to other MA dispensaries. Rock on, Berkshire Roots.

Absolutely fantastic staff. Very helpful. I purchased one of their cartridges. Those little things are expensive. When I got home the cartridge didn't work until I fiddled with it for a while. Then several large bubbles entered the chamber from the interior. I have had cartridges before from other dispensaries and this has never occurred. Seems like the cartridge wasn't properly filled and roughly half of what it should have been.Update: After being contacted less than 24 hours by the owner, I ventured to Berkshire Roots. The staff was extremely helpful. While I did not have my receipt, Mike took the time to find me on the camera system. He was great. Friendly and accommodating. I recommend this dispensary 100%!Next Day Update: BAD!! Hooked up the replacement cartridge today. This one also cannot be screwed in all the way without malfunctioning. My pens make a lot of funny colors when it is screwed all the way in. It only works when backed out and loose. All of my other cartridges of the same kind work fine. Many large bubbles AGAIN!!!! I put a call in. Waiting to hear back. Will update soon.

From everything I've read about legal weed in Massachusetts, we're very lucky to have these guys! The 20% tax can't be helped, but the prices are competitive, everyone is nice, preorder is a god send, they take debit and my trips are always efficient. If I lived here all the time, I'd get a card. Until then, this is definitely the best option.

So the expirence is great, staff and security very nice and informative.but I have been to this establishment twice now,both good expirence.except the bud quality.has the effects but the taste smell and after taste are not what you expect.the bud looks over grown and maybe not properly flushed.but something is wrong.next trip out we will be trying the other shops in the area.and see what they have to offer.when you smoke any type of kush you should expect to taste a hint of kush,

berkshire roots consistently has the best flower in western mass. particularly love their orange chameleon. always a pleasant experience with the staff, from security personnel to budtenders, they seem to truly appreciate their patients. went in today for an 1/8th of gelato which came up on my website pre order for $45 but in store ended up ringing up for $50, and the budtender honored the price discrepancy for me. nice rewards program for medical patients, always getting gram pre rolls for $1

Great atmosphere...lol...seriously, this is such a great place to purchase marijuana products. We've had the same guy 3 times and his knowledge is amazing. Never pushy, and takes the time to educate newer smokers or long time smokers about their great products. I'm still giving them 5 stars but their website is quite confusing in regards to veterans. If your a 100 percent service connected disabled veteran and live in Massachusetts they give a 40 percent discount. If your a Veteran they give you a 20 percent discount.At first, we were excited, because the website said 'ALL' veterans will get a 20 percent discount with proper proof of Military service or have a VA card. But when we went to buy our products. They didn't give us the 20 percent discount because we weren't 'Massachusetts residents', when we pulled up the website and showed him the wording he apologized for the confusion and said he'd let the website people know to be more specific. I've been to every state that sells recreational marijuana and medicinal and all of them give between 20 to 25 percent just for being a vet no matter where your from! In the end it doesn't matter, they are a business and 40 percent off for a 100 percent disabled veteran is HUGE! Which is why my wife and I still go to Berkshire Roots. They care about their products, they care about their customers and they care about Veterans.
