Horrible customer service and management. Manager does not posses the skills to deal with customer relations. Experienced an issue with an item today. The manager started with what do you want me to do? This is not how customer issues should be handled. Store sold a improperly manufactured item that caused a huge hassle. After contacting the manufacturer I discovered it was a known issue and they are working on it. The manager of this store was brash, disingenuous, and lacked all qualities one would expect from a manager. Also, this location is chronically out of stock of many items, when inquiring I am normally told Friday, but Friday comes and the items are never in stock. I enjoyed buying the products I need from a local shop but after this experience I will be shopping online from now on.

I have been coming to this location since it opened. This use to be my favorite place to shop and would drive out of my way to come to this location rather than others; sadly recently the customer service and professionalism has declined considerably amoungst the new male staff (not trying to start anything just stating my recent 3 visits/purchases before posting this). Bad talking customers while other customers are in the store, along with overall attitude. Hope it turns around I love this store .
