I just had the worst experience at this location. Ian, the product manager walked over and interrupted my outdoor medication transaction for the purpose of insulting me. He assumed he knew what I do and who I do it for then bragged about how he is an accountant with a better consulting company than me. I was trying to buy something from someone else and I play guitar. I just wanted to say hello to the owners as I know a lot of people who could help bring positive attention to this business and town which seems so great. He triggered my PTSD which was sad because there was an envelope in my car with a PTSD recovery commemorative stamp on it as he was disrespecting me.As someone who has worked in behavioral health facilities and rehab, I am unsure what his purpose was and why he would place this business at risk the way he did. When he spoke, it was like he broke character. It wasn't friendly customer service guy, it was aggressive and presumptive guy unaware of how his behavior affects customers and other people around him. He clearly doesn't understand how to create a safe and therapeutic environment. He even narcissistically asked about if I was a medical patient halfway through his rant completely disrespecting me and my conditions. I have been here a few times before and had nothing but excellent service. As I mentioned before, he wasn't even the person helping me. The nice woman helping me even got mad at him when she came back out and heard what he had done while she was away. She also had to give him several prompts before he would leave our area.The guy who came out to try and smooth things over didn't even seem capable of of the kind of disrespect I was subjected to on the fly by Ian.I will definitely be back, but I hope the nice people of Buchanan handle this kind of negative influence on what is such a cool thing that could grow into something even cooler.

I love this dispensary!! If youre looking for a dope experience with friendly and knowledgeable staff this is the spot. I have never been disappointed by anything Ive gotten from here. HIGHLY recommended ;)
