Green Koi Provisioning

I am going to take a little time to say a few things because I see lots of 5 star reviews without any comments and I see a few 2 stars which seem hard to believe. I think giving some details might show our gratitude to this place and also help others make a decision about where they shop in Western Michigan.I have watched this place literally go in the past few months from 0-90 mph adjusting and adapting to meet the customers needs and I must say they have raised the bar in the industry for curbside service. Oh and did you know this place used to be a carwash??!!! LOL Until they opened I had been going 40 min north or 40 min south and I will refrain from commenting on those because I want to praise these guys instead.That brings me to my next point which is I can't praise the budtenders enough for always being kind and friendly even in this awful heat. You guys are true professionals adapting to what I am sure the owners and yourselves never expected. The crew that is there now is such a cool mix and we love that you get to experience multiple people. So far we have had Katie, Spearow and Luke.Last weekend we loved the new process with the front attendant as we pulled in. Today you didn't have it and it still was a fast in and out. I even got to meet one owner last week working in the parking lot greeting customers which was unexpected and a nice touch. We love taking our out of town friends and its becoming a thing for us. Often getting ice cream later at night. God your local businesses must love you guys!! We are proud to show off that we have Green Koi in our community.My girlfriend wants me to mention about the product selection ( She says I am writing a novel and wants to get in a chapter herself. She thinks she's super funny when she uses sativas! LOL ). The selection is hands down one of the best. I counted 24 strains of flower and over 127 products on the menu. The flower is pure FIRE! I have never seen some of these strains in MI market and am impressed with the sativa selection. Headband and Blueberry headband are amazing. I hope you guys keep those coming as they are my new favorites. Headband was a 80% sativa according to online info. WOW doesn't describe the effect. A true euphoric feel and I should add my girlfriend and I are really enjoying our nights after we hit your sativas so big thanks for those!! HAHA.Now lets talk about the ordering process. We used to just do curbside and then found out how easy it is to order online. Sometimes we still order online and then talk products and budtenders are always happy to share opinions and make suggestions. I should mention we used to use weedmaps and leafly but will now only order online direct from Green Koi. Its easier to navigate and up to date.I am going to close this with what I think was the cherry on top with Green Koi. They gave a business card in the bag a few weeks back. It had information on how to get my medical card for marijuana. I asked the budtender why they promoted it on our next visit. They said the owners really got into this business because of the medical market and healing benefits. She said they work hard to find reputable doctors and this one in the link on the website had us with our medical card the same day and it only cost us $60 for the appointment and via telemedicine. She then said this way customers don't have the extra cost of taxes and can have access to another whole menu with sometimes additional options. They could have easily just kept with the booming adult market and turned backs on medical patients but they didn't and now they won me over even more by helping us with another buying option that saves us money.Keep up the great work Green Koi!! You have won us over and over and over again. We are telling everyone of our friends that visit from out of state and also all our local friends. Thanks.

Great place (sadly still not able to go in but hey I expect currently) I drove up within 3 minutes someone had already greeted me. I said I only had a set amount and thought I'd be leaving with just 1 item and they sat for a second and found 2 things I could leave with. All in all very happy and very knowledgeable people.

Green koi is fast, friendly and fun! The staff are kind and helpful. I always visit green koi when Im in town.

Friendly staff and a nice experience. We purchased a 1g pre-roll at a great price and a pack of the Berry Blaze gummies. Both were quality. We will definitely be back!

Fast and professional. Wasn't allowed to go in and browse but the guy that helped me was very knowledgeable and professional. A little expensive but it was worth it and i will be going again :)
