Unfortunately this will be my last time going to Gage on 7-6-20. Absolute ridiculous wait time when preordering a curbside delivery. They will tell you it's ready before you get there but DO NOT trust that. I've been multiple times for a curbside pick up and have always had to wait 20 minutes at the very least. Mind you that' these visits were on a Monday around 430pm. I cant imagine what a friday or saturday night is like

Your meds are trash according to my mother, who treats her seizures. Customer service is no better. I called on her behalf and the people answering the phones know nothing about what they are selling.

Its really hard and different during the pandemic but we ordered online, got the text saying our order was ready so we come to pick it up and nobody answered the two different phone numbers that are given and the second time I called I was hung up on. the workers outside blatantly ignored us there. This is my second time here and last time they got my order wrong. I may consider coming here again but I may just take my business else where.

Waited 45 minutes after being told my order was ready...'John' comes in 15 minutes after me and places his order to the budtender and leaves with his order in 10 minutes...better off going to Cookies

Good in-store experience. However - the operational inefficiency of the curbside pickup is horrendous. I placed an order at 9am online, arrived at 1pm for pick up, watched 4 vehicles that arrived after me get serviced before I was able to get someone's attention, then proceeded to wait an HOUR to receive my products. Will probably just use LIV now.
