Very friendly, personable, helpful, and informed. Even though it was minutes before closing, the staff was listening to my needs and was helping make suggestions and picking out products ! Highly suggest this facility n crew for all your vitamin world needs!

I went in to exchange some Krill oil and one of the associates was very rude to me and referred to me as a chronic returner. Their policy stated that returns were accepted within 30 days open or unopened. Each time I returned something it would be an exchange for another product and I also spent additional money. Since then they have made all sales final. I did not appreciate being talked to in this manner. I will not frequent their place of business and will spend my dollars else where.I guess I was suppose to take a product that actually made my chest hurt in order for them to make their money. Not even concerned about my health, only their profits.

Been coming in for a long time, l get Melatonin for sleep and protein shake powder to supplement my diet . Clean as an operating room, great people working there.
