Called ahead of time to place an order for the cafe and we ended up getting there before we actually got connected. We decided to do grab and go and the food was so old and disgusting we couldn't eat it. The grapes were covered in mold, the tortilla wrap was so soggy you couldn't pick it up, the salad was soft and old. I don't know if they change their date on their stickers or just use really awful produce to begin, but we will never again be going here. The customer service was also terrible. First of all couldn't connect us on the phone, get in and there are 3 people at the check out leaning on the counters, on their phones, and gabbing. Greeted by no one even though the place is dead. Another customer was having a hard time flagging down someone to order food at the cafe. Also the food at the hot bar looked like it had been sitting their for days. So grossed out by this location.

My daughter bought me a groupon for $50.00 at Better Health for Christmas. I purchased various items including Mascara. I loved all the items except the mascara which I was allergic. I tried to return the item thinking I would get an in-store credit, but instead they only gave me half of what I paid. I also spent more than the $50.00, ($65.00) I was entitled I thought the whole idea of the groupon was to get more customers. The other items I bought that I was happy with, but I will just purchase them on Amazon. For $6.00 they lost a good customer. I am very disappointed.
