The other day I changed oil myself after having the last change at Valvoline St. Clair Shores. The oil drain plug was installed so tight I had to use my 1/2' drive breaker bar to remove it. The threads on the drain plug were stripped due to overtightening. I had to make a special trip to the auto parts store for a replacement drain plug. Unacceptable. After reading some of the other reviews I guess I am lucky my vehicle didn't sustain worse damage. Never again.

I will say it was a good oil change! But I didnt like the fact i kindly asked for the hood to be closed gently after i seen the worker slam the customers hood in front of me which can mess up the latch! But instead of closing our hood gently as i had simply asked, he slammed our hood down as well! Not to mention not sure what language was being spoken with A1 B2 A2! Ive been in many performance shops and around a lot of mechanics and have never heard such nonsense!

Expensive and workers are a little rough. TooMany bells and whistles . No need for camera and I didnt like that they took my keys. Wont be back
