I can't say enough good things about the welcoming staff and doctor as well as the ease of access, especially in a traditional office building - very mainstream experience. The only issue I have is tied to technology. Late in 2018, LARA announced the ability to submit your application online which is exciting. I was made aware that there were issues with that process prior to leaving the office however every doctor doesn't need to participate in this option and when this physician's name populated from the LARA system, I figured I was good but a week later it is still in 'physician review'. I ended up mailing it in the old fashioned way but have wasted a week in my process in waiting for them to approve the e-app which if done would be most appreciated.
