There is a problem with the Pro Member process, I assume it would be the assistant making the error. When I purchase items on 3x and 5x point days I hardly ever get my extra points. I always have to go back and remind the store later after reviewing my receipt that they were not added and it's not just at one outlet as I shop at many different locations. One would think that if you are listed as a Pro Member that it would automatically enter the extra points. It's just annoying that the customer has to remind the retailer of promotions that the customer is paying a premium for.
