While I do love their soaps and moisturizers, I was shocked and disappointed that their artisan jellies and syrups are NOT SAFETY SEALED!! When I emailed them, their reply was they are artisan products and we will email you a return label separately like they could not care less! I was very disappointed that there were not return information in the box nor on their website! I am just going to throw them out and never order from their website again. I can get their products on QVC & HSN who always have EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE and better prices, too. Their soaps & moisturizers deserve 5 stars but customer service ZERO. DON'T BUY DIRECTLY FROM THEM!

Such a wonderful friendly atmosphere. The staff and neighbors are all willing to go out of their way to make you feel like the most important customer. All their products are bar none the best.
