It's an amazing little health/grocery store! They have a selection of organic vegetables and fruits that were nice and fresh. They have some good organic cheeses: no brie/blue, but good goat chedder, parmesan and mozarella. Organic butter, yogurt, and some other dairy. They have a variety of specialty foods, quality nuts, etc. A freezer has, among lots of other things, uncured bacon, grass-fed beef, and organic chicken.

I am a Beaufort resident and have been shopping at this local community market for a longtime now. This market is always stocked with organic and local groceries plus good quality supplements. Thank you guys for taking all the precautions during COVID 19 and for providing our small community with quality items.
