Prices are outrageous. People should really shop around. I've been to two different locations and both experiences were unpleasant. A 60 mil bottle (Avail's product...Aqua Pure...ironically) of one of my favorite juices is only $26 from Fantasy Vape 804. Here, it $34. I can buy their brand cheaper elsewhere! You also can't just walk in, show them your ID card and debit card. They need to scan your ID and get your phone # first. No thanks! I will never step foot in one of their stores again.

very nice friendly customer service knowledge is mediocre on devices as far as mechanical mods non regulated rdas and rtas. mostly just regulated box mods at a steep price unless u pay to join the club they have. i would just walk to the end of the building to the tobacco shop they have all the same devices and a good bit cheaper. that's my opinion the tobacco shop 5 doors down is cheaper by 10 bucks or so i have compared prices so it's up to you. <3 love and peace

The staff and overall customer service are phenomenal!! However, The prices are significantly higher than other shops. The liquid I use is priced at $28.99 at Avail but is $16.99 at other shops. The price on manufacturers website is also $16.99 . The refillable pods I use are $4.00 cheaper at other shops as well...... I miss going to Avail because of the people that work there but I simply cannot afford their prices

I came to Avail because I wanted to stop smoking and my friend told me about this place. I fell in love with the company and the employees. Sarah helped me get set up with the perfect device and was super patient with all my questions and actually made sure I knew exactly how to use my vape. She helped me for probably close to an hour and I left feeling confident in my new vape and ready to quit cigarettes. Ask for Sara when you come in shes the best! So so happy I found this place!!
