They fail to follow up and check on prescription problems. They do not answer the phone.

They do a great job with what they have to deal with when I pick up my order. Appears to me they are understaffed and overwhelmed with medication refills. Its that time of year for sickness, youd think they would have more staff. However, they do well with what they have to work with.

Sat on hold for over 45min. Still no answer! This place has gone down hill and is a joke.
