I PURCHASED a tens unit from this outfit. Later they tried to bill me for RENTAL of the unit thru my health insurance, at the rental cost of 150.00 a month. which is more than I paid for the unit. The claim was denied. now two years later, they are trying the same thing. I am reporting them to my healthcare fraud office again. I would never recommend this company.
