WILD TOBACCO

I purchased two Hyde Retro Rechargeable vapes from this store on 11/20. I used one for three days, it needed a charge today so I grabbed the 2nd and after hitting it about 3-4 times it tasted burnt....if you vape, you know. This has happened to me several times from this location that I have had faulty vapes and just been out the money, so since I had my receipt this time I thought I would go in and ask if they could replace it. The vape is made where you can see the liquid inside, and you could tell it was new. So I ask the girl behind the counter after telling her what the deal was and she said let me ask "the big boss". He comes over, grabs my vape, puts his shirt over it and vapes on it. I was horrified, but remained polite because at this point I figured for sure he would replace it. He says "tastes fine to me". Hands it to the girl, and she proceeds to do the same thing. She says "I kinda taste it". He picks it back up and hits it the same way several more times and indicates he thinks there is nothing wrong with it. She says, "can we do anything for her?". He indicates no. I pick up my receipt and say "fine I guess I'll take my business elsewhere.". As I am walking toward the door I say "I mean you both used my vape, have you heard of covid?" His response floored me. He called me a f@cking B!tch and said I thought I was cleaner than he was. Now I'm not going to lie we had a heated exchange of not nice words, but I never name called, although I did cuss back at him, telling him it doesn't take a medical f@cking degree to know that germs are not stopped by a shirt. He called me the same name numerous times, with other customers standing in the store. I left with a useless $20+ vape in my hand and mad at the way I had been treated. I would never recommend this establishment. Completely unprofessional and yes, if they think it is ok to use someone elses vape without permission during a pandemic THEY ARE DIRTIER THAN ME because that is disgusting.
