Went to pick up a prescription today at 8:30 AM told it would be ready around 11. No problem came home went back and was told it would be 3 now not only that but the customer service was awful lady told me there was nothing they could do but they were backed up. I understand being busy but being rude and unprofessional to someone who was only going based off what they were told is another thing. Makes me really consider switching pharmacies after today.

Emergency room called in blood thinner levoquin at 2 pm called CVS at 4 said there of were up and down didn't get was advised to call Er so Er said was called in they called CVS said was in process of filling as of closing last night still nothing
