I hate giving bad reviews, but this owner was extremely rude. Did not want to get off her phone to answer questions and seemed extremely put out that I was there. I had the same experience 10 months ago at the Hendersonville location. Thought maybe I just caught her on a bad day. But 2 times...2 horrible experiences. I think I will pass!

The store only carries Sunmed brand. The owner did not appreciate me asking questions about the terpene profiles and using the QR code/ lot numbers to find the info she was unable to provide. She then told me there are not different strains of hemp with varying terpenes and properties. When I politely and respectfully corrected her became upset. I explained that I am a hemp grower with several different strains. She was visibly frustrated and again repeated that all hemp is the same. Trying to be helpful, I tried to provide some background that I'm not just talking, but have a degree in Plant Science, she then cut me off and told me she has a business degree then told me to leave. I obliged, but would refer anyone looking for CBD to find an informed source. I invited her to a local hemp farmers market to network, learn, and meet local growers. I don't expect to see her there. I got no sense she cared at all about anything but profit.

Thanks for educating me on CBD, I use my Topical Cream for my pain in my knees.

I come here all the time for my CBD. Great selection of products and water soluble... and unlike most CBD stores, this one is clean and has great service.
